Tabbetha and Billy Gilbert

Tabbetha and Billy Gilbert have been happily married since high school. They are the owners of TLC Home Care. Tabbetha is the registered nurse supervisor for TLC. She has been in the home care industry as a registered nurse since her early 20s and loves it. Billy has plugged right in to the industry since helping getting the business off the ground in 2014. His favorite part of the job is visiting with the clients at home during assessments and check-ups. They both enjoy getting to know the consumers and their families on a personal basis. It is also very important to them to know the caregivers personally and provide quality services to all consumers. When they are not working, Tabbetha and Billy spends lots of time with their family. They have two wonderful children in their teens. Lexy, who is going to college to be a veterinarian and Will, who one day hopes to take over the family business. Both kiddos know many of the consumers and staff and loves them as much as Billy and Tabbetha do.

Robin LaBuy

Robin LaBuy, office manager. Robin joined the TLC team as intake coordinator in 2018 and has since assumed a position in office administration. Robin is there to assist with any issues with payroll, schedules, and various other concerns. She will often times be the friendly voice that answers the phone at the office. She loves spending time with her husband, two beautiful daughters, her dogs, and her horses.
